Please can you clarify the authentication process for the new release as the instructions in the registered users area don't seem to work for people with version 4 xmm installed already elsewhere on their machines.
I purchased a version 4 copy of XMM some time ago and I am keen to be able to upgrade to version 5.1. Have downloaded the shareware version as per the instructions in the registered users area and installed into a separate directory on a separate drive from the version 4 XMM.
The authenticate mechanism asks for a code - but what is the code required ?
Just pressing Help -> authenticate comes back with a "Authentication failed - please check your key again"
I've made sure my firewall is allowing the new version of XMM.
Do version 4 users have to repurchase ? Does version 5 have to be installed over the top of version 4 for the authentication to work ?
Please can I have a code by email if necessary ?

You have NOT ot pay again. If you haven't received your KEY automatically just write me an email, I will send it to you in minutes.
