I have been a long time user and have recently ran into a problem adding movies. I have the latest update and am using Windows 2000 Pro. When atempting to add a lone movie or a mass title I'm receiving a pop-up error message that says RUN-TIME: ERROR '50003'. After clicking to acknowledge it the program immediately shuts down....very annoying. I have not re-installed the full version yet as I was hoping that there would be a quick fix. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.... |

Seem that you are not the only, I have find the bug yet.
Please let me know exactly when you get this error, and if you can send to me a screenshot.
