This is not a eXMM bug, but a website bug... and in the forum i did not find any place to put the bug.
I use the Mozilla Firefox web browser and the "pop-ups" menus of the index don't appear in the right place... in Internet Explorer they appear well. I believe that eb1 also have this problem in his filmlist, so I believe he can help you ;).

Another thing, did you are going to update the entire website? I think this forum is a little old, and there is better free foruns than this one. It appears that your server use ASP so here is a suggestion:
http://www.webwizguide.info/web_wiz_forums/default.asp
and here is an example: http://www.corrspt.com/forum/forum/default.asp

If your web host support PHP and MySQL there are lots of good foruns... my favourite is Invision Power Board http://www.invisionboard.com/ but I believe that is a pay forum now :(
