- Treeview size isn't remembered after restart

_TBOOK_ORIGINALCOUNTRY_ is still mislabeled as Original Publisher 2
And the width problem with the Treeview is still there. I have to resize it every time i start XBM. |

The Treeview "Width" seem to work correctly, I will try to reproduce the error".
I will fix the other in the next alpha..
The _BOOK_RELEASEDATE_ is _BOOK_PUBLICATIONDATE_
