Adding Movies Stored on your Hard Disks (NAS) XMM can import automatically all movies stored on your hard disk. In order to do this just click on the Add Movies and then Movies from Files (Device Scanner): In the Device Scanner Window you have to select the folder where your movies are stored (You can select more that one folder!)

Add an Original DVD If you have a collection of Original DVD you can easily add it by let XMM read the Disc. From the Add Movie menu click on “Add an Original DVD”: Now select the Drive where you put the DVD and write the Title of DVD: You can also try to read the Movie Title from DVD. XMM will read the Medial Label and use it as title.

Files that are numbered from 1 to 2 as example will get a flag to get only one entry in your database.
