Hi,

I was wondering if it would be possible to include a password protection feature into XMM, so that protected database files can only be opened when a password is entered?
My wife and I do possess some adult DVDs that are quite unsuitable for kids' eyes. Unfortunately many computer games require administrator rights, so any protection on file/account level fails. It would be really great if we could manage our collection without having to worry about our kids stumbling upon it.

Would such a feature be possible?

Best regards,

Oh, I just realized: a function to forget the list of recently opened files would be great, too. Maybe as an option?

I also haven't found any option to open a specific database by default everytime XMM starts (like there was in the previous version). Was I just to blind to find it, or can it be implemented?

It would be great, if you could comment on this and my previous idea, Alessio! :)

Hi,

Sorry for my late reply. At this time is not possible do this, but I will try to find a way in future releases.

I think that is better protect the database with a password, so everytime you open this particular database XMM will ask you the password.

Thank you!

Alessio
