I should like to include ACTORS in exported CSV file.

Files => Export Collection => Export Movies/TV Shows => Export Manager => CSV Export

It was reported back in 2013:

Alternatively export to NFO file, without check for physical movie file, just run the export on the DB file alone.

I just need a text file for each movie to be converted to JPG to copy to my Mede8er box.

I have investigated a little further. When you export to NMT device to any disk on your PC, you get an HTML file for every movie in database. But it is black background with white text, and it could be rather high in line numbers.
How to convert all those HTML files to TXT or NFO files so it could be converted to JPG via ScreenPrint?

There are several tools to make a jpeg out of HTML.
As example have a look at https://www.converter365.com/document-converter/html/html-to-jpeg or https://www.print-driver.com/how-to/convert-html-to-jpeg.
Or use something like https://www.makeuseof.com/how-to-full-page-screenshot-chrome-firefox/

Thanks for your suggestions.

I have +2000 movies they are not possible, unless you spend a long time, I mean a really long time.
I dont see how a macro would help either.
