Sorry, but those error messages are a mystery to me. But it seems as if XMM wanted to copy a file that it could not find. Maybe Windows was slower than XMM assumed to be at that moment. Try to remove all files from that tempdir inside the program's folder and try it again. If not go to the options and toggle the "Use of IrfanView" on tab "General".
