Con windows 8 e l'ultima release non si riesce a scaricare le informazioni da internet sia inserendo il nome sia il codice isbn

Ho provato anche con l'ultima versione e con windows 7,con gli script italiani non funziona.com amazon in altre lingue riconosce i libri ma non scarica le informazioni..่ possibile risolvere?grazie
