Maybe I didn't have searched enough but is there exising a good (and free!) program that makes samples from my audio files in a bunch?

At the moment I'm using an own program ( http://www.mediafire.com/download/1sxkp4a2o5bzhbb/MP3-Preview.rar )
that works okay but is depending on additional 3rd party progs named lame, ffmpeg and sox.
In order to achieve what is possible, you have to try the impossible over and over again.
