Hello:
I have a question: is there a way to exclude a specific folder, for example, I have set to scan a hard disk that contain 5 folders, but I want to exclude one of them.

No, you have to add 4 of the 5 folders. I think it would be better in your case to make one subfolder for the folders to scan recursively.
